Hanh Nguyen is an accomplished serial entrepreneur with a rich background in software engineering and entrepreneurship. With a career spanning corporate giants like Microsoft, mid-sized startups like Rent the Runway, and her own venture, Skin AI, she boasts a wealth of experience and a flair for innovation. Her passion is to bridge the gap between Vietnam and Silicon Valley, with a specific focus on empowering women in the fields of technology and entrepreneurship.

Dung Ngoc Nguyen

Nguyen Thi Ngoc Dung is Senior Expert for Entrepreneurship – Innovation Ecosystem (NIC) under the MIP (2021 - present) . Mrs. Nguyen worked as senior researcher for the National Institute for S&T Policy and Strategy Studies (abbreviated as NISTPASS) for 20 years, specializing on gender, sustainability and cultural innovation. She served as the Head of the Postgraduate Training and Documentary Information Department at the Academy of Science, Technology, and Innovation, of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) from 2010 to 2013. Furthermore, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Dung was the Chief Representative of the Ministry of Science and Technology at our General Consulate in San Francisco from 2013 to 2020.

Currently, Mrs. Nguyen has also been working on angel investment in early startups and acted as a mentor and advisor for startups in Silicon Valley and Vietnam. We are confident that Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Dung's extensive expertise and commitment would be a good addition to the meeting.

Rick Nguyen

Rick Nguyen is a Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur and investor on a mission to harness AI and advanced technologies to unlock human potential. As the co-founder and chairman of Spot Trender, Rick has a decade of experience helping Fortune 500 companies, top advertising agencies, and unicorn startups create, track, and optimize marketing campaigns using ML/AI. Rick co-founded ExtendMe.AI, enabling anyone to create their own personal AI that can automate their life and massively increase their capability. Rick serves on the board of various tech startups and non-profit organizations.

Tuan Dinh

Tuan is a serial entrepreneur and passionate about applying science and AI to solve complex challenges such as longevity, disease treatment, and climate change.

Minh Do

Minh is an AI researcher at the NASA Ames Research Center and a community builder. Minh aspires to learn how to utilize cutting edge technologies to solve problems caused by climate change in Vietnam.
